Zhang Xioayan presents the OEMC 2007 Organizing Committee with 175 copies of the MCR rule book, so that each participant can get a copy. The books were donated by Mr. Jiang Xuanqi from China Majiang and World Mahjong Organization.  Andy Zheng Xujian and Zhang Xioayan receives sets of memorial tiles.
